Notice is hereby given that our first AGM will be held on Sunday 21st May 2017 at 12.30pm at The Hub. The Hub is situated by the far side of the main ramp to the right of the Emirates front entrance and shop. The room will be available from 12 noon for our members to meet beforehand and the meeting will start at 12.30pm prompt as we must vacate by 2pm.
As the room will only take a limited number and for security reasons, we must know who is attending the AGM and whether they are bringing a companion with them. Therefore, please email Anne at email@example.com. The deadline for letting Anne know is Friday 26th April.
When the Association was reformed, the current committee was formed but not elected officially. This now needs to take place and the form below is for nominations for members who wish to be on the ADSA Committee. All positions are for two years when the positions will become vacant. However the committee member will be allowed to stand again but will have to be re-elected. The positions are:
- Media Officer
- Communications Representative
- Visually Impaired Representative
- Hearing Impaired Representative
- Ambulant Representative
- Committee Member
The current committee are prepared to stand but if other members are interested then please complete the Nominations Form below. A new position has been created which is the Ambulant Representative so at this present time we do not have anyone in this position. Please return the Nominations Form to Anne at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than the 26th April 2017.
